The BTBC ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE COVERS PLAYERS FROM RIVERSIDE, CORONA, MENIFEE, WILDOMAR, LAKE ELSINORE, MURRIETA AND TEMECULA California communities. We support the doctrine of "athletes first, winning second." We believe that success is the fruit of camaraderie, hard work, discipline, structure, enjoyment and a willingness to maintain a character initiative on and off of the field of play. We believe in community and competition and offer a helping hand to other organizations. With every decision we make, we make it for the kids. Without a doubt, we shall strive to foster and promote the advancement of youth athletics through our service of providing competitive youth baseball training, character education, and dynamic performance fitness opportunities.

We strongly support the general thesis that a youth program should instill fun as a basic cornerstone. Our combination of certified and volunteer coaching staff shall adhere to their commitment to teach the pursuit of victory with honor and sportsmanship.
Our participants learn that failure is part of life and accomplishment builds self-esteem. That also means that, in a crisis, "Giving Up is NOT an Option!". We persevere until the end is undeniable.
